Yesterday the Governor issued an expansive directive that all non-life-sustaining business must shut down until further notice. That includes us. For that reason, we are unable to produce or ship any orders for the time being. Estimated ship dates on your confirmations are likely invalid until we hear when we can re-open. Office staff will still be available to process orders, provide estimates, design proofs, and respond to general customer service inquiries. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need anything. We hope that this is a short-term situation. Most importantly, we hope you are all safe and healthy.

To Our Valued Customers,
The City has granted approval to manufacturing business to remain open. We will resume production on Monday the 23rd with approximately 20% of our workforce while we test out new procedures and policies to ensure the health and safety of our workers. If we feel we can operate without endangering our employees or contributing to the spread of the coronavirus, we will gradually expand capacity. This is a rapidly developing situation and plans can change on short notice, but for now, this is the plan.
We will contact you in advance of shipping any orders to make sure the customer is available to receive. We are happy to hold all orders until organizations re-open. Office staff is able to work from home, and is available. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. We appreciate your business!

To Our Valued Customers,
As you all know, the country is reacting to an issue of enormous human impact and uncertainty, the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our priority here at CoverSports is the safety and well-being of our customers, staff, and the local Philadelphia community.
For the past few months, we have been paying close attention to the instructions of our local health officials and leaders as they have taken precautionary measures. At this point, we have been ordered closed by the City of Philadelphia until further notice. Office staff will be working remotely, so they will still be available to process orders, provide estimates, design proofs, and respond to general customer service inquiries. Manufacturing operations have ceased and we are unable to ship orders for the time being. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
We greatly value your business and appreciate your understanding during this challenging period. We hope to be back at full strength to fulfill your orders soon!
